Raisins from the bush
I just came across some dried grapes on the bush, which technically is raisins. I have very rarely had such a moving experience. Nature is the best at maturing stuff. These grapes were warm having been baked in the hot Napa sun. With most of the water evaporated what one was left with was intense flavours. I have never seen this marketed before, but as it does not look too appealing I think the consumers would reject it. Well atleas I got some and I will cherish it for quite some time.
