Danish Smørrebrød at Slotskælderen hos Gitte Kik is a classic.
I have been fond (mad) about open danish sandwiches since my childhood. I remember going to get the ingredients, the roast beef, the liver pate and lemon pop to drink with my grandfather in Denmark. We ate on the terass, and could run into the yard and play. Slotskælderen is nothing like that but the food being such a moving experience it grabs you and takes you into interesting places of the past. The place is great no menu. Only the stuff on the counter and some specials. Everything made fresh on the premises. There are no prices and in the end you get a lump sum to pay. You are satisfied tummy is full, very simple. The restaurant is now in third generation. Little has in the years, no need to things work. The coffee was brewed in a special cotton sock, only produced by a lady in Bornholm, it did give a very deep taste. With some kransekage it was a perfect ending on a great lunch.

When you going to get back to writing about technology, understand that Apple have updated its phone and has a few applications for my iTouch. Would love to hear your view and just why the Yahoo!Go service is not an Apple Application.
